General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Amoriri Retreats

1. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Amoriri Retreat, organized by Anna Deininger and Luka Hubert (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers"). The retreat includes yoga, meditation, meals, and accommodation.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

Registration takes place via written application by email.
The contract is concluded once the Organizers have confirmed participation in writing.
By registering, the participant accepts these GTC.

3. Payment Terms

The participation fee is €790 for early bird bookings and €850 for the regular price. A non-refundable deposit of €350 is required to secure a spot.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.
If payments are not made on time, the Organizers reserve the right to offer the spot to another participant, and the deposit will be retained.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start: The deposit of €350.
- Less than 4 weeks before the start: 100% of the participation fee.
The participant may provide a replacement participant, provided they meet the participation requirements.
If the Organizers must cancel the retreat (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen events), any fees already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in the retreat is at the participant’s own risk.
The Organizers are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or theft.
Participants are required to inform the Organizers of any health conditions or relevant medical issues before the retreat begins.

6. Conduct During the Retreat

Participants commit to respectful behavior towards other participants and the Organizers.
The Organizers reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these rules. In such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded.

7. Data Protection

Personal data of participants will only be used for the purpose of organizing the retreat and will not be shared with third parties.
By registering, the participant agrees to the storage and processing of their data in accordance with the Organizers’ privacy policy.

8. Changes and Cancellation of the Retreat

The Organizers reserve the right to make necessary and reasonable changes to the program or organization.
In case of unforeseen events (e.g., force majeure), the retreat may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants will be informed immediately.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction is Regensburg.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
